Who are the ROS moderation team?
Our community is moderated by a team at the Royal Osteoporosis Society (ROS). Our role is to help keep this space safe, welcoming and supportive for everyone. We moderate in line with our Community Guidelines and our Terms of Use.
You’ll see ROSModerator posting in the community — welcoming new members, offering guidance, signposting to trusted information, and stepping in when someone may need a little extra support. All messages from the moderation team will always come from the ROSModerator profile.
If you ever need help using the community or have a question, you’re always welcome to send us a private message.
You can also share any feedback or get support by emailing forum@theros.org.uk

Moderation Hours
The community is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We do not routinely moderate in the evenings and overnight (between 5pm–9am), on weekends, or on bank holidays.
You can raise a concern at any time, and we will review it during our next moderation period.
