It’s a bit of a shocker
! I’d previously raised the issue of taking Lansoprazole possibly affecting my bones despite doing resistance training. As so often seems to be the case, my GP didn’t take my concerns too seriously so, in an odd way, I’m so grateful that I fell otherwise I’d be just plodding along getting progressively worse.
