Hi everyone,

At the ROS, we’re reviewing the whole helpline service and looking at how people contact us, which methods you do, or would use currently (phone, email or letter) and whether there might be other ways of contacting the helpline we could add that might help to make the service more accessible.

We would be very grateful if you could spend 5-10 minutes completing a survey for us to help us answer these questions. The survey is open until Thursday 21st May.
