Great to meet more of you last Tuesday.
I wondered if there was an interest in finding accountability partners within the community, based on similiarity/commonality on where we are in our journey / what we’re doing to support ourselves (eg fitness / mental health / eating and diet / advocating for ourselves?)
I’d love to have a kind of digital accountability partner for
Going and doing my strength training (I know not everyone is necessarily in this place) and
Being kind to myself where unhelpful coping mechanisms or getting up in my head is concerned (eg someone else who wants to do meditation or yoga every day to get better at being kind to themselves and not stressing about things)
