Enough and the right blend of exercise?

I was diagnosed with moderate osteoporosis and am taking Alendronic acid and Calcichew D3 Forte chewable tablets. I do Aqua Aerobics 45 mins twice a week, Deep Water Aqua 45 mins once a week, Yoga 1 hour once a week, Light Aerobics/ Dance low impact low intensity one hour twice a week and once a week or if I miss a class I follow a video - Osteoporosis Exercises To Strengthen Bones (TOTAL BODY) which includes weights. I think includes weight bearing, muscle strengthening and balance exercises over the week, is that enough and the right blend?
