Hi everyone. My algorithm is sending me heaps of content about tai chi workouts that are getting popular. Lots of gentle bouncing, realignment, mobility, etc, and I’m really enjoying them! Aware we are all in different places with mobility and risk, but as impact body weight exercise I can do in my home that supports back health, core strength and mobility it might be of interest to look up!

I have rheumatoid arthritis as well as osteoporosis and started Tai Chi classes in December with my husband but find that I could not cope with the class being 1 1/4 hours long so I have been doing the exercises at home following You Tube videos which are reasonably short and can cope with these quite happily.
