We just wanted to let you know about our upcoming Younger People’s network session, where we invite younger people under 50 with osteoporosis to come along to an onine session with yoga teacher, Helen Oughton. This will be a supportive space for younger people to learn more about yoga specifically for people with osteoporosis, share experiences, chat with others who understand, and have a moment of reflection and relaxation.
