Light/easy exercise while recovering from chest infection

I’ve had to stop all my usual exercise (weights etc 3 times a week, weekly pilates and fast 5km walk) while I struggle to shift a chest infection. After 3 weeks doing nothing apart from very short walks I’m worried my bone health and everything else will be suffering but don’t know what might be worth doing that wouldn’t tax me too much and set my recovery back. Any advice?

Perhaps some chair exercises will help. There are some on the ROS website, but doing it from a video would be good. There are lots on line. When I had terrible sciatica I did pilates on the NHS fitness studio. There is one that lasts less than 30 mins. It is free.
